About Us
We are Pete and Sharon – we have been visiting Lanzarote, Costa Teguise in particular, for 25 years. We have returned year after year, not just because of the fabulous weather, but because of the fantastically warm welcome we have received each time we arrived.
In 2018, having viewed numerous apartments on many different complexes, we finally took the plunge and bought No 31. It was in a very sorry state but we saw its potential and in three stages we have brought it back to life.

No 31 is literally metres from the pool (heated during the Winter months) and less than 2 minutes from the beach.
Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, dressing table with large mirror above and a double wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The wardrobe also contains a safe for your valuables.
Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, a dressing table and double wardrobe with plenty of hangers.
The Kitchen Area is fully equipped with microwave, full size fan oven, 4 ring induction hob, full size fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and dolce gusto coffee machine as well as plenty of crockery, storage and cutlery.
The Bathroom is complete with walk in dual head shower and top loading washing machine. The under sink storage contains a hairdryer with blow dry and diffuser attachments.
The Large Terrace area is in full sun from 8am to 4pm and is furnished with 2 sunbeds and outdoor dining for 4 guests.

Bi-fold doors open up onto a good sized private terrace with 2 sunbeds as well as a dining table and chairs. Just steps from the heated pool, 2 minutes from the beach (pictured above) and a 10 minute stroll along the promenade to the main resort centre.
We are fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a fabulous self-catering stay.
The kitchen is complete with a full size oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
There is also a washing machine housed within the bathroom.
Seating inside as well as dining table and chairs both inside and out.

in the Area
The Playa Bastian complex has 3 swimming pool, one of which is heated during the winter months. Los Amigos Tapas Bar is directly adjacent to the heated pool and offers great value and service, just steps away from No 31.
Supermarkets, shops and a bank, as well as bars and restaurants are all within easy reach.

2 spacious bedrooms:
One double room and one twin room, as well as a sofa bed in the lounge means we can accommodate 5 people comfortably.
Rates
£525 per week for 2 guests using one bedroom.
£50 per week for each additional guest.
£70 cleaning fee will be added to each booking

Booking Terms
We require a 50% deposit to secure your dates with the balance due on arrival.
We have a bookings manager, Ella, who is based on the island. Should you wish to book, your details will be forwarded to Ella for her to send over the bookings form and payment details.
